What courier partner do we use?

We ship all orders using the most efficient method based on your location.
For U.S. orders, we use USPS Priority Mail and ship to the address you provide at checkout. For European Orders (Spain & Italy only): Orders are fulfilled through Amazon’s logistics network, in line with their policies.

 

How long does shipping take?

Packages sent are scheduled to arrive within 3-6 business days. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times
For U.S. Orders: Orders placed on weekends or any US Federal Holidays will ship the next business day.
For European Orders (Spain & Italy only): Orders are fulfilled through Amazon’s logistics network, in line with their policies.

 

What should I do if I’m not a home when delivery is scheduled?

How can I check the status of my delivery?

You can check the status of your delivery using the tracking information sent to you once your package is dispatched.

 

What countries do you ship to outside of the US?

Currently, we only ship to US, Spain and Italy.
